Superb place to eat tartes flambées! From the most classic to the most original, there is something for everyone (gratinée, goat's cheese, munster, pumpkin, scallops, etc.). For our part, we loved it! The pies are good and well filled.

Pros: The best Flammkuchen I've ever eaten. I was recommended by a friend and it really didn't disappoint. It worths to make a detour if you're visiting Strasbourg.Cons: it's difficult to make a reservation, since it can only be made by phone, during opening hours. There's no internet site nor email...

It's just the best Alsatian restaurant.In terms of product quality, in terms of know-how... If you have a place to try, it's this hostel. The best tarte flambée is made in this place! Highly recommend. Be careful, often full on weekends, make a reservation 2 weeks in advance to enjoy the products of this inn!A success that has lasted for years, a simple recipe. Good product, good know-how in a pleasant place. A formula that has made the reputation of this establishment!
